I have asserted that Square-Enix, outside of Japan, has been in league with this type of player for a very long time (at least 15 years, possibly more, going back to FFXI). You're going to need to hurt Square-Enix in a way that the Japanese hierarchy of the game, and specifically them, MUST take action. And there may not be a way to do that.

The case was decided against and the judge basically said SE (nor anyone else) has an obligation to uphold their end of the TOS.

That lawsuit was about the subscription and payment of such and not even close to what we're talking about here, in my opinion.
