Does Square intend to address Market botting?

tierney12, I'm compiling a list of bot rings to send to the SE STF every Thursday. On Louisoix, it looks like the Louisoix Bank FC (https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...3248388301557/) is the FC bot ring. It's currently ranked 7th for the server. Can you confirm?

If you'd like to add more bot rings to the list, feel free to post them on the discord (https://discord.gg/4usVDw). So far, we have 24 bot rings over 135 accounts.

I see the main account semi-regularly on the MB, but I wouldn't put that in my top 5 for problem bots on Louisoix

the problem there is you see the main crafting account, and not the alternate seller accounts. I suspect they are likely members of the same FC, low level, just high enough to get retainer access. thats assuming that its not a formerly "normal" player that isnt using a bot to just simply compete

I'll send my first email to the STF this Thursday. Any suggestions? I intentionally kept it simple so that it would translate to Japanese (Google Translate) more easily.

There are thousands of bots on North American and European servers that have been running for 3 months to 2.5 years. Some of us have quit the game because the bots ruin major parts of the game, like the market board. Since the Special Task Force is only 4 people, we as a community would like to help you identify bots. We have organized on a discord (https://discord.gg/4usVDw), and we are keeping a list of bots. To date, we have identified 60 bot rings including 234 dummy accounts for the bot Free Companies. We will send an updated list every week on Thursday, after the "Actions Taken Against In-Game RMT.”

No no, the other 5 are the signatures that i see on the vast majority of items that are being botted, who are all working independently of one another.
