How does dungeon loot work?

Yeah, but there's no way to solo dungeons, right? I have to just keep queuing?

There are two ways to avoid queves, but 1 is doing it with undersized party and with no level sync (work even if you have 4 people), and the other is a GC thing that might not be available to new players. Unless you got some high level friends helping you, you likely won't need the gear for the stats by the time either becomes viable.
