An unexpected error after loading into certain instance

This is the first error that occur to me and it is a weird one.

I was completing the main story quest (Hour of Departure) and I need to talk to Edmont at Fortemps Manor. When I try to get into that Manor, boom unexpected error. I have tried restarting my computer but the error is still there. This means my character is effectively stuck at that instance and cannot progress my main story.

Loading character screen and main title screen are completely fine. I even able to log in my other character in other data center and loaded in Mor Dhona instance just fine. So I don't think it is my laptop system problem but who knows. Can any technician help me? Otherwise I can't even play

I am in the midst of updating my window to latest version but I also wouldn't think it's a problem either.

    Thanksssss

Edit: I have solved it by using another computer to log in and quickly get out from that cursed instance. Must be a corrupted file or something. It saves me the trouble of reinstalling everything. Is there other way to verify data like Steam rather than reinstalling everything? :0

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Thank you for keeping us updated. We will be moving this thread to "Closed Concerns". However, if it is only happening with this one character, you may want to try deleting the locally-saved data folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue.

Good luck with your adventures through Eorzea!
