Focus on MSQ quests. By default, your UI should have a bar on the top left with a meteor icon next to it that always has whatever the next MSQ quest is. Until level 50, it's nearly the only thing you should be doing aside from any blue quests you find (they unlock things like glamour, summoning your chocobo in battle, or dungeons (usually dungeons)

You can't just warp to people on your friends list unfortunately. You can see what zone they are in, but you gotta make your way there manually. If you are in a party with someone and they warp, you can warp with them sometimes.

I will focus on the MSQ then. What are "bue quest"? I dont think ive seen that before.

One more question. Those giant blue crystals that we can touch in the main cities is there a way that we can teleport to them? It seems like every big city or town has them.

Blue quests, basically any quest giver you see that has a blue icon over their head instead of a yellowish one. The icon should have a plus in it as well. That means it's a quest that unlocks something.

And yes, whenever you reach one of those blue crystals, your first step should be to interact with the crystal and attune it. When you do, you can warp to it at any time you want (for a fee). In major cities, there are smaller blue crystals you can also attune, they let you warp to any small crystal in the city from another crystal in the city (including the big one).
