    Can mod please be kind and forward this message to EU support center?

    It's been 50 hours since I received the notification from EU support center that they received my ticket but I have yet to receive the crysta.

    Support Ticket Number 13444699.

    Paid 8.99 GBP for 899 Crysta at 5:17 AM 27 May 2020 BST. Verified by Visa.

    The Error I receive is the same with this thread > https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...-to-my-account.

    Please... I don' want to miss the opportunity to get savage raid chest and cap my tomestones this week.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to forward any support requests to the European SQUARE ENIX Support Center. We would advise to wait for a response as restrictions put in place to halt the spread of COVID-19 can cause delays in support. As a support ticket has been created and any resolution would be provided through that ticket, this thread will be moved to ‘Support Center Ticket Created’.
