FFXIV Crashing

My game keeps crashing. This is the error i got, i tried googling but there isn't any article regarding it. Would appreciate any help, thank you.

When did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this?

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I've had similar messages. I'm on my fifth re-install right now.

This began for me yesterday 5 June 2020 in the late (central) evening. The only change in my system was the latest NVIDIA update.
