Moving DC and confused about housing HELP!!!

Hello everyone.
I will be transferring my alt character to an NA DC before transferring my main character later this year. I have some questions especially about the Bonus/Benefits for Transfering to a new world. Is that benefit/bonus still in effect?

I read on the website "Reimbursement for the full price of the estate, plus compensation of 3,000,000 Gil for non-recoverable furnishings"
But I also read that in order to get this benefit, I must clean my house of the furniture and relinquish the estate hall. Then I can transfer to a new world with the reimbursement. But what happens to the land deed and plot after that? is it relinquished? will I still own that land or what? Please help me.

No this was back during the "Free transfer" when the NA data center was split into 3. However, if you do move your main character over and they have a house it does need to be demolished which means cleaning it out. Retainers can't have anything currently being sold, finally all your gil will transfer over no problem.

Those benefits and bonuses are still in play, but do note that they only apply when either moving to a New world, or from a Congested world to a Preferred world. Currently there are no New worlds or Congested worlds.

Once you transfer away from a world you will lose ownership of any and all houses and apartments you may have owned on that world. Normally you would have to relinquish ownership before you even can transfer, but in some cases (see above) you can keep them until you actually do the transfer and get reimbursed for them.

You will no longer own any estate, house or apartment, on a character you transfer nor does ownership transfer to any character you might still have on your original home world. You will have to start from scratch to get another house for the transferred character (which is extremely difficult on all NA worlds at the current time).
