I was saying your elitist attitude with Red Mage towards the other dude is unwarranted because you're not good enough to warrant it. I won't bring Ultimates into this because a lot of people don't have that time, even though I could. But lets look at the facts:

    You cleared Shiva late.
You did poorly last tier. Maybe because you took a break? Still a kinda late Titan clear there buddy.
You personally upload your 24-mans, but appear to struggle to 99 those which is free, Dance partner or not.
You've played since Deltascape, where that entire expansion you did extremely poorly all around.
You delete your bad runs! That Titan clear of yours wasn't uploaded by you. Very nice indicator that you might not keep all those poor runs around.

So, what I can gather is this: You got your first oranges this tier and now your ego is hyper-inflated. Now I don't personally care if someone is an elitist. Those sort of players plateau so hard they burn out and quit (wink, wink, you're here). But when you start to tell new players not to play something PURELY because of your obvious attachment to a job, along with having the sheer audacity to say assume a new player will not "put forth effort" while implying to leave that up to you, I'm calling you out.

So here's a news flash: You're not as good as you think you are and you've no right to both be elitist and tell someone not to do something because your favorite job might be played by someone who is new and may or may not have the same approach to improvement as you. That right doesn't exist for anyone but, even if it did, you're laughably unqualified. Take a moment and re-evaluate yourself and why you play this game, because your post history is filled with this s***.
I'm not sure where to even begin with this silly reply.

Clearing shiva is a team effort my dude. It's pretty hilarious that you're even bringing up alliance raids considering how irrelevant they are. I'd ask if you plan on nit-picking me in normal raids too but that wouldn't exactly serve your narrative here. All that stuff about stormblood.. Well, we haven't all been raiding obsessively since Heavensward (seriously, who needs 60 kills of Kefka? What were you hoping to achieve?).

In any case, literally none of this has anything to do with the point I was actually making: That it gets old after a while hearing every person who wants a free pass through casual content get told to play my favorite Job. You may not like the way I said it, but what i said is a fact: The last thing RDM needs is another person whose entire motivation for playing it is "I really don't want to press too many buttons or try too hard."

OF is a meme and it's too grey to be helped. So I'm not going to try anymore.

I'm sorry you feel that RDM is your special job and damn anyone who dares play it because it's on the easier side of things. You getting upset at the mention of RDM being a class chosen for its ease is the silliest thing of all. And it's not "your job." It's a job you play. It's a job you main. It's not "your job."

Regardless of how "old" it gets hearing, you've taken the absolute wrong path and solution to remedying the "issue." Wanna know what I do when I see someone doing or saying bad stuff about my pet jobs? I tell them what they are doing wrong and why. Someone wants to get into the job? Here's the basics for them. And so on.

Which is why I will react strongly every time: Elitism is whatevs. Being toxic about it to another person is not.
At the end of the day, when it comes to playing the game casually for the story, it doesn't matter what job you play. It is not inherently more difficult to press your AoE buttons in dungeons on Samurai than it is on Red Mage, or Dancer, or Dragoon, or whatever. The only possible exception would be BLM mostly because that job is a mess all the way up to stormblood levels. Trying to funnel people to one job specifically is just wrong plain and simple. People should be picking jobs based on which ones they enjoy playing, not which ones the community tells them is easiest. And, frankly, if someone has aspirations to play a job in high-end content, then they DEFINITELY shouldn't be picking a job based on which one they can get away with putting less effort in.

You think I was being toxic? No, I was putting my foot down and saying what needed to be said. This whole idea some people have that CPM in savage content matters for someone who is just playing through the story is completely wrong. Most of the playerbase in this game doesn't even try to keep their GCD rolling in story content. Most of the playerbase in this game doesn't even hold other players to that standard in story content. So why should it matter at all?
