How End Game Crafting Should Have Been

Something similar to this needs to happen for end game crafting. Team crafting of things such as usable boats would be great! A bit more involved would be a bit better in my opinion but this still seems like a great addition to the game for 2.0 or a future expansion. It almost seems similar to what a lot of people were expecting for end game crafting in this game before launch and the developer restructuring. (Which led to a lack of focus on crafting despite the great overall improvements.) Of course it should take a large linkshell (or free company) and a bunch of crafters, with a lot of materials to complete such a large project like the boat in the video.

Being under Yoshi now instead of Tanaka, I wouldn't think this is still planned. I definitely hope it is though.

Seeing with how the new Dev team has been operating, I'm willing to bet that if it isn't still planned, something better is being developed in it's place.

Didn't they say hamlet defence would have end game crafting and gathering activities ?

Maybe we have to build stuff for the grand company to protect the hamlets etc.

I believe the official statement from waaaaaaaaaaay back was, we don't want to implement it until we have a reason for it to exist and content for it to be included in. So probably 2.0.
