    I don't think it "wastes" any more time making multiple designs available vs a single design, when the models are already there. All of them are subtly different - highlight colours and undyeable metals vary from one to the next, which is important when trying to coordinate mix-and-match glamours. Having a choice of the same gloves with gold or silver edging is fantastic, and I hope we see more of it.

    And yes, I would rather see all the Shisui sets available than "recycled into one" with no opportunity for variation, because that one Faire set is missing some interesting features from the others - halter-neck straps, designs that include sleeves, vastly different footwear; also the flower hairpins which were never included in the Faire version in any form, but some have a single flower and some have two. Dyeable versions of both would be lovely.

    But where's the work? The model is already there. Copy, paste, change the level and class restrictions.

    Certainly I'd like to see them do it for more interesting sets, but the variations are good too. I've built a few outfits now that needed one specific colour from a Sky Rat set that would have been locked off otherwise.

    In any case this is irrelevant to accessories. The whole issue with those is that all five role versions have identical models, so if you like that design and want to use it on multiple classes, you then have to keep each version.

    We are talking about accessories here though, that look exactly the same for all jobs in DOW+DOM/DOH/DOL cestions. They don't need to redesign them, they need only to add one more 1st level item of same design purely for glamour purposes, because right now if you want to use some specific accessory on every job, you need to keep 5 copies of 100% same looking item, and in case you want to wear an entire set of accessories it's 20 items instead of 4 that you keep either in inventory or in glamour dresser, that are already highly limited in available space as it is. I suppose adding it can take some demand in terms of space on servers they have, but in terms of developing time it's almost nothing, because all assets are already in the game.

    It's not so much about work as general bloat. The game is wonky, the devs always complain about resources this, or limitations that. Without knowing the details on their end, I'd rather not waste whatever limits we have on 101 variations of 1 item. I mean, we don't even have 2 or more dye channels on a single item because resource limitations....I also don't want 20 almost identical things with gold bits or silver bits taking up my entire glamour storage...

    What I WOULD go for rather, is 1 item with various states one could choose from (simple example being hood up or down, with tassels or without, with pauldrons or without etc). Basically like how they do helmets w/ visor up or down.

    On that, I agree. There should be a generic dye-able of each of the common accessory skins (like the green/red "wood/coral/bone" sets).
