    Crashes on Bootcamp

    Hi, I've been experiencing crashes alot ever since I started Stormblood, before that I was able to play the game without any problems at all. The crash actually occurred alot after I went into a portal with my party for the hunt of Golden Namazu. Currently, I can't even get passed the loading screen. If I tried switching to DirectX9, the error messages are


    An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.

    And when I tried running the game with DirectX11, it just crashed without any error messages.
    The following are what I've done to try and fix the issue:
    1) Clean install everything (macOS and Windows10)
    2)Update the drivers
    3)Reinstall the game (tried this 4 times)
    4)Troubleshooting

    None of these worked.

    Any help would be appreciated!
