Frequent disconnections/request timed out from servers

I have been having an issue with the NA servers (Primal-Excalibur) since May 13, 2020. I've tried multiple troubleshooting steps and even used VPN towards US/Canada/Japan to no luck.

This was my tracert towards the NA server last:
    May 14

    May 15

    May 16

What happens when I ping the server:

Please note that this is very random. It usually happens when I go into instances or places with huge amount of people (dungeons, raids, hunt trains, main city states).

Now, I wasn't even in a congested area and then this happens.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums,

We apologize for the delay in our response, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    - The game will use the Internet Explorer web browser to connect to the internet. Open Internet Explorer, then open the "Tools" setting, go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
    - Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
    - Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
    - Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
    - Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
    - Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
    - Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
    - Please RESTART your PC now. Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator"

-Make sure your fire wall or antivirus program is not interfering with the game

    - Check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040

-Try disabling background applications and do a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the “Start up” tab. Disable everything and then restart the PC.

Thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Thank you for the reply Euthymius.

Based on your trace routes, it seems you have an unstable connection to the server. When you lose stability, you are disconnected from the game. If you are using a wireless connection, we'd recommend using a wired Ethernet cable to connect to your router.

If this does not alleviate the disconnections, then I'd suggest contacting your ISP and making a report with them.

The internet is fine for everything else except FFXIV. It's the only one that keeps giving me Request timed out. response.
I use a cable. My PC is not able to use wireless. I have already tried doing everything I can (even resetting my modem to default). I am not the only one having this issue. A lot of the other raiders I've been with say that themselves or their friends are experiencing the same. Please don't ignore us.

Since you concluded that it is an unstable connection to the server based on the logs alone, mind telling us what part of the logs shows "unstable"? Enlighten us
