New Preferred Servers (and maintenance)

I was sort of expecting them to switch up the Roads to 70 today, but apparently there is no maintenance. Although the Eternal Bonding message said its possible to have maintenance for the 19th or 20th still.

The current servers have been preferred for more than a month now.

Any idea of the rhythm here?

The plan for Eternal Bonding just shows when maintenance is possible, it doesn't mean it will happen. Any maintenance that actually happens is announced on the Lodestone beforehand. Meaning there isn't any maintenance scheduled for now.

And server status depends on server population. If there isn't any change in congestion and the servers are still the least populated, there won't be any change.

They usually only change it when there's a patch, rather than do a maintenance just to change server status. There doesn't seem to be a specific pattern so I think they just review it each time they have a patch and decide whether to leave it as is or change it so it's hard to predict with certainty.
