Shield Bash

obviously i meant it wouldn't require a block to use, but it has a lore context to GLDs moveset and was a nice ability that didn't deserve the cut imo, esp when it could just replace shield bash, the oath gauge cost was to justify giving yet another offense ability, being that you have to give up 50 oath gauge to use it.

honestly, I much rather no offensive skills being added to the oath gauge personally. If shield swipe was to be returned which I highly doubt it ever will be, it should be as it was, proc'd off of blocking. Also 50 gauge for a shield swipe sounds lackluster and just plain anticlimactic.
