SEA player experiencing fluctuating ping

hi, i'm a player from SEA region playing on Durandal on Gaia DC. Lately, i've been getting fluctuating ping from anywhere between 120-160ms with terrible packet losses while before, i get around 78-80ms ping with almost no packet losses. it started around 2 weeks ago.
its unbearable playing with that high ping with packet losses. Anybody else from SEA region experiencing the same issue? any help would be greatly appreciated

When exactly did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC or home network that coincides with this?

You mentioned the ping has been fluctuating. If you have a trace route, can you provide that?

It started happening about 2 weeks ago on the 6th or 7th May 2020, no network/PC changes on my side.
