One person FC's are still FC's. I personally have a few one man FC's on other servers great way to trade gear and gil between alts when needed.

Company:
1. The fact or condition of being with another or others, especially in a way that provides friendship and enjoyment.
2. A number of individuals gathered together, especially for a particular purpose.
3. associate with; keep company with.
A Free COMPANY house should not be owned by one person.
There are definitions and then there's the real world or in this case the world of XIV.Company:
1. The fact or condition of being with another or others, especially in a way that provides friendship and enjoyment.
2. A number of individuals gathered together, especially for a particular purpose.
3. associate with; keep company with.
A Free COMPANY house should not be owned by one person.
Also, you do realize that solo companies/businesses exist in the real world?
A lot of times, FC members in actual FCs, are there to be FC credit generating minions who will fuel the submarines of the FC Master/Officers or so they can buy stuff like althyk lav seeds using FC credits.
Secondly, let's us consider all these FCs complaining that they can't get a house.
There are quite a number of solo players who own multiple FC houses. Often these were not bought from the system but from other players for gil.
If a solo player can put in the effort/grind to acquire FC houses, what are these FCs with multiple members doing?
To me, it seems these FCs are not motivated enough to get a FC house.
