Plz Shorten the timer for FC plot buying attempt!

I’ve visited like 4 of my old FC homes having 0/3 or 0/6 online at most of the times of the day. They need to be far stricter, even all my neighbors are FCs but are 100% inactive

Someone in the old FCs are visiting the homes to reset the timers.
