Plz Shorten the timer for FC plot buying attempt!

I’ve visited like 4 of my old FC homes having 0/3 or 0/6 online at most of the times of the day. They need to be far stricter, even all my neighbors are FCs but are 100% inactive

Just because you don't see them doesn't mean they are't active. Besides the demo timer is OFF right now anyways. Regardless, back on topic.

Despite if im a solo FC or not i think FCs should always have priority because they offer bonuses and functions to everyone that normal player housings don't.

Before recently the only thing that is different from player to FC housing was the workshop and being solo meant nothing because you couldn't do any of the projects.(now you can) but that was only recent

It makes little difference, anyone can make a FC and have it SOLO which does nothing for what SE was trying to accomplish.

Btw. if i try buying an FC with a plot from another player like suggested, its a big risk for me. Is there any kind of system that prevents the other player of betraying me or a possibility to do something if got betrayed during a trade?

Yes and no? The risk comes from the player interaction (you could get ripped off) Not GM interaction (as long as RMT isnt involved) Over the last few years and few server transfers I have purchased and sold a few FC's/Houses with zero issue.(take it how you will)
