I think they must keep account of the server's region.

Wouldn't that make it so people who play at non peak hours get the shaft? Have not really taken part of the restoration fates since release though.
Main issue i have with the fate timers is that their Ishgard Firmament site updates every hour and the fate time once the bar is full is only 30 minutes. Seems to me they need to at least refresh the sight every 30 minutes and not every hour.
A friend of mine has a theory about them popping during non peak hours when everyone is asleep is that people hold the hand in's till that time hoping for a fate fail which still rewards a good chunk of experience and 350 scrips instead of 500.
Your 4am is another player's 8am and a third player's 1pm. People aren't restricted to where they can play based on their personal time zone.
If most of the Spriggan FATEs are happening at 4am, it's because people on the server are turning in their crafting and gathering at that time. Without their contributions, those FATEs wouldn't be happening so they deserve the chance to participate just as much as you.
Being part of a Discord is a better way to get announcements of pending FATEs than trying to watch the progress site.Main issue i have with the fate timers is that their Ishgard Firmament site updates every hour and the fate time once the bar is full is only 30 minutes. Even the 4am FATEs don't fail when there's strong community communication. Think we only had one FATE fail on Coeurl this phase and that was mid morning. People who were aware of the FATE didn't spread the word. A 4am FATE I was part of didn't fail because we aggressively spread the word through discords and linkshells, and shouts in the major cities.
People turning in stuff during off peak hours aren't out to make the FATEs fail because they're already getting a lot more XP and scrip than the FATE rewards. They're turning it in then because that's when they're doing the crafting and gathering.
The people who want the FATEs to fail are the ones who are only doing the FATEs and nothing else.

the best way is to make it so that every fate happens 3 times before progressing. 30 minutes past the bar fill, then once 7:30 past and again 15 and a half hours past. so 3 fates in 24 hours so everyone can ge tthere
I belong to 3 discords on 3 different data centers and the only one that calls (pings) Firmament Fates is Chaos. I don't see any pings on Aether or Crystal. I don't even see a specific role selection for that unless I'm missing it.
I still find the fact that the timer is 30 minutes that SE should refresh the site every 30 or make the fate countdown an hour.

It is not about my own personal timezone. It is about the overall european player's one.
Feels like you dismissed the "I think they must keep account of the server's region." phrase in toto.
Your server is turning things in at that time.
So it happens at that time. Or well, half an hour after it anyway.
Then again 8 hours later.
It's a pretty forgiving system, I think.

if you want it to happen at a time you prefer then you're going to have to be the one to push the bar to 100% yourself.
That will be nice and everyone can get involved. Hope it happens.
