Honestly, just a little addition like explaining basic markers. I've played with a few Lvl 70+ that didn't even know what a stack marker was. Kinda scary

Honestly on this, they should take a week or so to comb old content and adjust markers so the same, specific markers are used in all the fights.
For example, there is a dinosaur like boss in heavensward that picks up and throws slimes with its tail, blue or red with matching colored markers. It is unreasonable to expect anyone to remember specifically that red = gather together when the same generic marker has meant other things in the past.

Basically that dungeon has various markers at every boss, all unique not just to the dungeon but to each boss. I really wish they'd rework them into standard ones.
Same thing for World of Darkness. It has a purple marker which everywhere else would be a spread marker, but instead it's a stack marker there, so most people (me included as I keep forgetting) run away with it and die.
Just give every battle the universal markers really, it would alreday save a lot of trouble.
