Suggestion: update and make mandatory Hall of novice tutorial

I would suggest Hall of Novice completion should be mandatory requirement before you head into a Duty Finder for each role. Meaning that you need to finish Hall of Novice with the role in question before you are allowed to partake Duty Finder with that particular role.

That sounds incredibly annoying.

Namely because I use alts. I don't want to slog through a boring ARR fight synced down when I don't have to.

I agree with the sentiment of making it mandatory (though forgetting tank stance is totally normal and just need a reminder) for the sake of a tutorial that is properly integrated. But at the same time, not everyone needs it. And let's say, someone jumps. Even when synced down, they can sleep their way through anything lv50 and under even when synced even with NQ NPC gear and learn -nothing-.

How long does it take to do Novice Hall anyway? I don't remember it at all. If it sounds too annoying to do it for each role (max 3 times in total) they can make a shorter version of it for your second role or just require a single tough solo instance where you need to succesfully use your role. You get the idea.

meh, thats just hall of the novice. if the NPC let u skip the chit chat and let u do the fights, u wouldnt care probably. (and compact some of the requests into 1 instance, rather than multiple instances.)
most new players i know, dont read the text, dont see the text, or couldnt read fast enough. its the worst possible way to teach, with an unskipable cutscene, where the text doesnt let u read at ur pace.
