Error at every startup and multiple times during playing

"One or more of your client settings files, which include your hotbar settings, failed to save."

I get this every time I start up my game. I get this repeatedly while playing as well. I can no longer upload my character UI settings to the server. Says data is corrupted. This happens on both of my computers.

How do I fix this problem?

To clarify, are any of your client settings (hotbars, macros, UI settings, etc.) unable to be changed or saved?

These settings are located My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV. Can you try removing this folder to see if this affects the error? Be sure to make a backup of this just in case it doesn't resolve the issue.
