FFXIV & Corsair iCUE Button Delay

I use a Corsair Scimitar mouse, randomly in FFXIV the buttons will start having a dramatic delay. I can press 5 for example, and it will active 1-3 seconds later. Seems to have a memory as well if I press 5, 10 times it will randomly press 5 10 times, over 10-40 seconds. If I turn of iCUE it stops this behavior.

If I close FFXIV and reload it, it continues to have the same issue. If I load up WoW, ESO, or any other game no issues at all. The issue doesn't stop until I reboot the computer, but it ONLY affects FFXIV. I'm unable to get this behavior in any other game or application, I have even tried loading two games at once and it still only does it in FFXIV while not doing it at all in the other games or applications.

Really would like help with this, I first thought this to be a corsair issue, but now I see it only affects FFXIV I am forced to think this is a FFXIV issue.

We apologize that you are experiencing difficulties with your mouse. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

- Try plugging the mouse into different ports (both front and back).
- Make sure all drivers for the mouse are fully up to date.
- Uninstall and reinstall the device drivers.
- Disable all other device drivers, leaving the mouse and keyboard as the only active devices.
- If you are using a specialized gaming keyboard, try using a different keyboard to ensure there are no conflicts between the devices.
- Try unplugging all other devices and only plugging in the mouse and keyboard.
- Make sure Windows has been fully updated form the Microsoft/Windows Update website.

You did read this only affects FFXIV right? Again, no issues at all outside of FFXIV. Everything you said would affect everything globally, I appreciate your response but its so vague and generic I feel its not tailored for this issue what so ever.
