Dedicated Wand user (WHM and BLM pretty much have phased wands out completely outside of really low levels)
Hand talisman (worn on hand as a magic focus. Could generate a blade of magic energy and be a fully melee magic DPS role that many wanted RDM to fill)

Melee Physical DPS (STR based)

War Scythe (Make this a DPS using heavier armor type that can share sets with DRG, I'd rather not have scythes as a caster weapon because then it just becomes a glorified stick with a blade on it.)
War Maul (Same as war scythe. heavier DPS that can share armor sets with DRG.)

Started playing LOTRO recently and damaging as well as healing by playing an instrument (lute/flute/..) with the Minstrel class is really cool imo.
