Japanese Error Can't Log In/Can't Use Controller

Hello,

I have been playing Final Fantasy for a while, and out of the blue, I get an error message in Japanese, and it won't let me in the game for the rest of the day. When I do finally get into the game, it won't allow my controller to connect with the game. I attached the System Information below.

May someone help me?

To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Where in game does the crash occur? Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began?

The game crashes after I hit play. I uninstalled it, delete items, Reinstall, and save items. Nothing I did alleviates the problem.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

We would like to recommend performing a Clean Boot on the desktop to see if the crashing continues. This will prevent any programs from starting up when the starting when the computer first boots up. This can end up having adverse effects on the game when these programs are running in the background. To perform a clean boot for Windows 10: Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
