Blacklist command no longer works?

After the recent change of the home-world hopping option, I noticed that neither commands for /blist add and /blacklist add work anymore.

I've tried the original version:
/blist add forename surename
/blacklist add "forename surename"
/blist add forenamesurename
/blacklist add "forenamesurename"
/blist add Forename surename@world
/blist add "Forename surename@world"

Neither of these options allow to blacklist someone. Only through the contact list, which is... puzzling. Even the ingame support instructions (when searching for it on helpdesk support) says to do as advised, and it doesn't work anyways. I ran some tests with PC's in town in limsa (because it's a huge test site), and nothing seems to prompt it.

Does anyone know the new command to make it work?

Okay, I thought it seemed rather odd. Disappointing it's necessary to do that or send a tell to that person to get it to come up. Hopefully this is changed in the future. Disappointing. Thank you!

You still can Blacklist from the... uhm... idk the english term, your Party history(?) that you find at the social tab^^

If you have the person you want to blacklist in front of you, the easiest way to blacklist them is to target them and write: /blist add <t>

If the person you want to blacklist was the last person to /tell you, you can type: /blist add <r>
