Min IL + Echo in Coil = i90? or more?

I wonder, to which IL is sync the Coil turn 1 min IL + echo on?
With echo off, Golem's aoe will get 90% of my HP off, so it is around i70, while on echo kept on, it gets about 50%. Maybe i90?

Just curiosity, we are running old raids on MIN IL these days...

Well, if you want the true minimum ilvl experience, you should turn the echo off =P

But to give a proper answer (this goes for First Coil Turn 1):
The minimum ilvl here is 70, Echo adds 30% to your health, damage dealt and healing received.
I'm sure there are more indepth ways to do what I did to reach an estimate, but I looked at an ilvl70 chestpiece for tanks and checked how much vitality it would give - its 22. Add 30% and you're at 28-29. An ilvl80 chestpiece has 27, ilvl90 offers 33. So that would suggest that your health gest adjusted to something thats a bit higher than ilvl80, but not has high as ilvl90?
Since there isnt one clear stat that scales with damage and healing its a bit more difficult to figure that out, so for the time being I'd take a guess and say its about the same?

    Yes, sure!

But we were only 6 ppl so we wonder if doing that with echo may compensate for 2 missing members, or still overkill.

Can you actually run minimum ilvl w/o having a full party to enter the instance? I was under the impression the only way to enter with less than the required amount of people was to turn on the 'undersized party' option, i.e. unsync. In which case, are you going to get actual ilvl70 gear to simulate a forced minimum ilvl?

The options are independent. You can choose both undersized and min iLv and enter a duty solo at the min iLv.
