I think something people skip over a lot in the Astrologian job quest is how they call Geomancers style of divination the foil to Astrologian, the setting of a contrast between the two schools. This is also likely meant to draw attention to the real world counter parts of Western Astrology and the Eastern Feng Shui.

Oddly I wouldn't really call either of them quite divination honestly. Astrology is more about... for lack of a better way to describe it, it's the seed you're born with and then the environment you'll have, but it isn't about the possible choices you could make. And Feng Shui isn't really anything I could call divination, it's more about the flow of energy in your environment.

As far as Astrologian vs Geomancer I wouldn't be surprised if Geomancer picked up other Eastern elements, but who knows what that will mean. I think it really depends on if they will try to do Mystic as its own thing or just tie it into Geomancer.
