creating 2nd service account with STEAM

If I have a windows key registered in my account, and create a 2nd service account in my mogstatrion with a STEAM license key, does my 1st service account (windows non-steam) get the option to pay my subscription and mogstation itens using my steam wallet?

Question is already answered, but I wanted to add that as someone with one non-Steam service account and another Steam service account on the same account... don't do it.

For literally years it's been fine, switch between them as much as I want, but since 5.1 and their forced "Steam must use Steam launcher, non-Steam must use non-Steam launcher" it's now a total mess.

I asked SE how on earth I was supposed to now play on my two service accounts/subscriptions. Their answer... install the game twice.

Thankfully the community worked out on day one that with some use of parameters you can use pretend to be Steam/non-Steam and use the same installation for both, but it's messy, you have to exit the game/log back in to switch where as before you could just logout of one character and login as the next.

And if you happen to click the wrong service account (the Steam one while logged in as non-Steam) it throws you out of the entire game, doesn't even let you select another one so you have to log back in again.

So yeh... I really do not recommend mixing Steam and non-Steam service accounts, it'll cause you nothing but problems.

Also going to add - don't use Steam at all if you can help it. I have the Steam version and am currently completely unable to log in at all because I can't connect to Steam : )

This is why I haven't bought anything from steam in years.... Frankly, I hate that digital storefronts have taken over. I'd much rather have a pile of disks i can just install whenever, and not need to connect to use.
