Hello, I contact you to this day to share my personal opinion about class jobs.
First of all, I think that the class jobs are great, but there is a touch of customization missing.
My idea would be to add a leveling phase on certain spells in order to add a branch to it and to bring a deeper development to it in its jobclass.

Example:

Pistosaber: / Explosive strike lvl up: grants either a damage bonus per second ( to optimize its class to damage)

/ Explosive strike lvl up: grants a temporary damage-based shield (to optimize its class towards tanking).

Its would add depth to the classjob in general and give it subroles such as off tank, specialist, buff etc ...
