Bothered by the lack of unique mount music

Is anyone else kinda bothered by how many mounts just use the default music?
I love collecting mounts, but I feel like theres so many missed opportunities to have unique music attached to them.

Some mounts I can think of and suggested music:
Beast tribe mounts (e.g. Direwolf) - The respective beast tribe area's music (Such as Breathless, Far from Home, and Coming Home)
Frontline mounts (e.g. Storm warsteed) - The Frontline theme (The war room)
Ishgard restoration mounts (e.g. dhalmel) - The Diadem theme (Engage)
Eureka mounts (e.g. Eurekan Petrel) - The Eureka theme (Wicked Winds Whisper)
Demi-Ozma - The Baldesion Arsenal Theme (Gates of Paradise - The Garden of Ru'Hmet)
Hybodus - The music that plays during ocean fishing (I know its not original to ocean fishing but its still related to the content)

I'm not saying this is a big issue or anything, but I just feel like it would be a nice change. Some of my favorite mounts I don't even like visually, I just like them because of the music attached!

I can understand that maybe the more difficult mounts deserve music such as the primal mounts, but mounts like Demi-Ozma or the frontline mounts also take a lot of effort to get so I feel like they also deserve a unique theme.

What do you guys think?

I have mount music turned off lol. That music gets annoying.

I do wish they would have various mount music of the instances, beast tribes, etc. that it's related to. I mean, it's already in the game. Right now though I do have mount music off because I love the zone music especially in the ShB areas.

It's a shame they didn't manage to get any unique Tracks for the Garo Mounts.

Personally I would like Sephirot's mount changes to his actual theme, not the generic triad theme

They addressed this one once in the past. Basically each time a mount uses a different song, its stored in a certain way. Last we heard (sometime around the launch of Stormblood) the storage was getting fairly full and they didn't plan on adding new songs to mounts outside of the trial/raid mounts. If they can figure out a way to increase the storage or optimize the way it is stored, I would love more thematic variation. But, I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Some mounts have their own theme like the chocobo, fat chocobo, raid mounts (e.g. Model O, Alte Roite, and Arrhaeus), and recently some mounts like the carbuncle, panda, and indigo whale have been given the palace of the dead music "The Merry Wanderer Waltz". Other than that the majority have either the ARR mount music or the HW mount music shared across them.

Ah I see that makes sense, if they ever figure it out how to optimize it I would love for this to be considered because I'm sure other people would want it implemented too!

While I can understand that, you'd think they could at least add just one new mount song per expansion. That HW theme gets a bit old in ShB.
