Paying for Subscription Days in Advance with Crysta

I wasn't sure where else to look, I bought Crysta on the mog station and am trying to pay for some additional subscription days in advance, (I'm still in the 30 day free trial from purchasing the game) but it won't seem to let me? I have enough Crysta in my account, I have selected the standard subscription, the 30 day subscription, and Crysta as the payment method. Every time I try to hit the "Next" button however it doesn't advance the screen, just reloads the one I am currently on. Am I not able to pay in advance using Crysta? Will it just automatically take the crysta from my account when my free days are up since I have that saved as my payment method?
