    World Transfer not Completed - Character not available for trasnsfer

    I was not charged for the transfer, my character stayed in Jenova, and all my friends were able to move to Mateus. It substracted one from my transfer count and does not let me transfer my character. I want to play with my friends, help! :< Thank you!
