Party List Sorting - Help

Hello,
I'm a new player returning after some time and have decided to create a healer class character.
i'm a bit confused on how to setup the Part List sorting from the UI tab. I see it has four rows of selectable options sorting Tank, Healer and DPS. OK but if I'm in a light party (max 4 people) is it the first row I adjust and leave the others as is

Is there a detailed help on this or any links would be great.

For information , you are in the french forum.
For the job sorting list , you probably miss the line which explain that each row of selectable depend of your role .
First if you have a tank role , second if healer , third if Dps and 4th if "others" , so you must change second for you .
And under the 4 rows , you have another one to choice order for each role ( pld drk gnb then war or drk war gnb then pld for example .
