Mogstation Character list wrong

I've tried posting this in bug reports, ringing customer service and email, I honestly don't know what to do, I'm not technologically savvy so its hard to explain anything past the basic problem, but my character list on mogstation is wrong, first picture is my character list on mogstation (which is wrong)



Second image is my lodestone character list (which is correct)



the problem this creates is, if i wanted to buy for Olivia Button I couldn't because the character just isn't on mogstation... I want to buy things for my characters, but I can't. Please can you help me or at least point me in the right direction of who can help? I've been trying to sort this problem for over a year... Please I just want this to be over so i can buy glamour items for my characters

Seems likely you are logging into the Mogstation under a different user account than the one here and/or on the Loadstone.
The two sites are not directly connected, meaning you have to log into each separately.
If you are using a different account login on the Mogstation than the one here, Log Out of the Mogstation, and then manually log back in using your User/Password that you use on the Loadstone/Here/In-game.

These are the same account Rin Ryder was Rin Haruno's Original name, those characters existed about 2-3 years ago it hasn't updated since then

All you need to do is proceed to the next step.
You'll be shown the character (even if incorrect) with a buitton to link to their (currently correct) lodestone profile.



Just click that and if it's not the character you actually want it sent to, pick someone else.

This is by no means a fix or to say SE shouldn't get this updated more often, but it's a way to deal with it in the meantime.

but that doesn't help when 2 of those characters don't exist and the character I want doesn't exist on my mogstation... I'm sorry this has just been stressing me out

This is what I get if i do it on a deleted character, was hoping it would somehow link to a character on my account by ID space number... (According to what he says that may have been the case in it working)

Oh here I saw you had four characters in each and assumed they were renamed but the actual same four original characters, not new ones.
This sounds like it might need a support ticket or someone from their chat support to help.

Have you tried accessing Mog Station on a different browser or even in Incognito Mode or Private Browsing? We would like to see if the issue lays with the website itself.

Different browsers(Edge Chrome and Opera), private mode/incognito on all 3 and even a friends PC
