If you really want discuss the game without mobs repeating same things over and over, there's some good Reddit about that. Mainsub is not a good place to talk about the state of the game, that place filled with fanatics, NPC, people using it as personal blog and some arts here and there.
Forums nowadays is more fitting about complaining and sharing your thoughts, at least some part of community reacts and discuss problems before thread will be flooded with unsub therapists and apologists, trying to shut up everyone who have different opinions.
