Adding some instacasts to GCD shields as a level 100 capstone of a level 60 skill seems weak, are they going to buff the healing amplifier further, that’s the scary part
100 capstone is gonna be dissipation upgrade to seraphism.

Effect reads. Upgrading dissipation to seraphim’s and lets the fairy stay active while using this ability.

Would be hilarious and mega sad if they do stuff like this.
