To be fair SCH's 5% is only magic damage, pretty fight dependent strength if you contrast it with SGE being more efficient at mitigating heavy tank damage via Haima and Taurochole. I still prefer Fey Illumination though because lol what heavy tank damage that they ever need help mitigating. SCH is definitely stronger at its ceiling.
