I feel that a lot of people tend to exaggerate on how bad they think SCH is, it's not though, I've saved runs and solohealed mechanics on SCH, just like any other healer. If we want to talk about an active detriment to the party in the mitigation-heavy fight design that we have now though, that would be WHM.

SCH can do all that yes, but sge has far more versatility and simply does it better. A lot of people cope on chain stratagem but that does not justify the large gap between sch and sge. Sage has nearly the same shielding potential as sch, more mit options and better deployment of them, and can match whm in burst healing.

I would agree that whm is detriment on content that's on farm but is still unbeatable when it comes to prog or sloppy PF parties. However, given how one trick pony whm is that situation will never change.

In what content? Current level 90 content? Because in older Ults you have a point, but not current content. There's no "cope", SCH's kit is much better than SGE's? SGE does not have nearly the same shielding potential, SCH is far above it with Critlo Deployment and that gives SCH the opportunity to brute force situations SGE can't. DSR for example is an encounter that just shows how much more SCH shines over SGE. SGE doesn't have more mit over Scholar either. It should be telling that SGE has been buffed multiple times this expansion both numerically damage wise and its abilities like Holos to try and keep up with how superior Scholar is in a raid environment this expansion. Meanwhile, have you seen anything happen to Scholar except Expedient getting nerfed?

SCH has 2 10% and a 5%, SGE only has 2 10%’s not sure where you got that SGE has more mitigation, expedient is leagues above pneuma, tje fairy is better than kardia, critlo exceeds anything that SGE can put out

SGE’s one real niche is mobility, but in every other category it’s weaker (which isn’t a bad thing because it’s much easier especially in a PF environment when aetherflow isn’t a concern)
