A summary of healer issues

Could you imagine a world where you'd hit a button on a healer (like Inner Release / Delirium) that would let you fire off 3 free Pneuma / Misery casts?

Or a button that would give you a free one on demand like Infuriate / Bloodfest?

Stuff like that would be easy to add.

While it would be easy to add, it'd likely also just get stuck in raidbuff windows, which doesn't really help the spam we suffer from currently. A proc based thing, where you have a chance to restore one charge of Phlegma (I assume you all mean the ball, not the damage-neutral heal tool) when your DOT ticks, might be more interesting as you'd have to react to it rather than just pressing it according to the script.
