The problems they have right now are with the direction they took on simplifying jobs back in shadowbringers, and while they are polishing up what they worked on, the game kind of went into major combo spam territory and homogenization of the roles. Healers have way too many buttons dedicated to healing skills and not dps / utility skills. I don't need seven ways to OGCD heal a single target, and that's what put me off about healing and made me basically temp quit the role entirely.
