I'll amend my guide and add Trapper's Quiche to the food section once I have time!

On a side note when 2.0 hits, I will be putting almost all of my focus into SMN, not WHM. Because of this, my guide will probably take a long while before it gets updated to 2.0, if I do it at all.

While the Trapper's Quiche is still great for the VIT, it will not under most circumstances give you more HP than lower level HP food due to the lower % of boost it gives. You need 4600 hp to cap out hp boost on Trapper's Quiche when most WHMs will barely get over 2600-2800 unless geared for HP.

If you can get over 3000 HP on WHM without food though, it's definitely the best food for focusing on healing.

I wasn't talking about the HP potential, even apkallu omelets fall short in that department for White Mage in most circumstances I'd believe. I only stated that out of food available it can bolster it more than apkallu omelets, not that using it as White Mage will give you more HP. However out of all food options it beats anything that grants any true benefits, MP boosting drinks excluded from this of course. The VIT alone makes this an ideal WHM food option.

It's essentially up to date, there's a couple minor additions I could make but all the information in the guide is still correct. I don't update the version number on the guide until I update the guide itself, and the guide itself hasn't really needed updating.
