Unable to Log into the game.. Graphical issue

Recently I have been getting a strange error when logging into the game.

I last teleported to Doman Enclave. However now I am unable to zone into the game once I login.

Here is the error I get when I try to load in:



Previously i have had graphical issues which were resolved with the hotfix. However I am still having issues in different areas now.
I guess my video card is not very compatible with the game. I'm hoping there is something that can be done but I won't hold my breath.

To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
