Weekend TEA Static Recruitment

Good day Eorzea,

This is to recruit members who want to progress and clear The Epic of Alexander. Mainly, this is to have fun doing something challenging at same time steadily progressing toward clearing TEA and getting that sweet Weapon Glam and Title. Requirements are not too demanding just need to make sure we have some sort of a gauging that you understand and know how to work through FFXIV raid mechanics at the same time still outputting descent DPS, that is all.

Jobs Required
1 Tank (Filled)
2 1 Healers (WHM/SCH)
2 Melee (Filled)
1 Phys Ranged (Filled)
0 Mag Ranged (Filled)

Requirements
Positive attitude
470 BIS
Edengrace Weapon (non-negotiable)
60 percentile overall or better in Eden's Gate
If no records, trial runs will be the deciding factor.
Must be ok with weekend night time schedule.

Raid Days/Times (Projected)
Saturday & Sunday nights
Start somewhere between 10PM - 12MM GMT+8
3 hours each day (Can possibly extend depending on progress and/or motivation of the group.)
ALTERNATIVE: Depending on people's schedule we may opt for 1 day with more hours!!

A Plus If...
Cleared the Alexander Series Raids when they were relevant
Can take/make jokes
Raid awareness (no need rely on call outs)
