Is O10S easier unsyched though? I think that's where the Omega Circlets come from and I was eying those for a while.

Sastasha all 3 bosses
Steps of Faith sucks. The fight in itself is boring. The extra stuff that spawns is annoying, using the cannons is pointless and annoying. It's just a boring fight.
Copperbell Mines (Hard) has a boss in the middle where you have to generate bombs in order to kill. It's just extremely unfun. I don't get why they thought anyone would want a boss like that.
And Bismark has got to be the most ridiculous primal fight. You don't fight him, you fight a bunch of soldiers that appear to attack you. Compare that to literally any other primal in the game. WHY?! JUST... WHYYY?!

Ramuh, ifrot n Garuda from new eden.
Can’t stand them, I actually find the later two fight much easier because people still after 12 weeks can’t do the mechanics in these fights, they seem to drag on and I just don’t enjoy them lol
Any fight that involves meteor placement. People get that symbol above their head for a meteor placement and they suddenly forget what a Corner is. “Derrrrr I’ll just leave it in the middle. Or maybe stack two? Is that what I do?”
TGC PTSD

Would have to say Leviathan EX because of the forced mechanics. Especially now that the Surecast CD is longer. Not even Ifrit EX and Ramuh EX forced mechanics are as tetchy and annoying. -I'm talking unsynced of course.
Also the Ultros battle for Hildy because no one knows the mechs and its a fairly common one to get in trials.
And pretty much every part 3 battle of every 8 person raid since Stormblood. 3rd one in the set is always the worst for me. Normal mode of course.

Love shout to Copperbell Mines. They managed to achieve the impossible and create three different bosses that have next to no interest in fighting the party. You know a dungeon is dull if even the regular enemies can't be bothered with it. Sometimes an enemy has to move a few fulms to reach the party and, you know what? It's just not worth it. They reset and head on back. You can come to them if you want to fight.
You can knock on Sastasha, but I think as a starter dungeon it's the best of the three. While aesthetics are subjective, they made a good use of contrasting corals in warm colours overlaying an environment with cool blues. The layout, furnishing, and actors present all work to make it feel like an place out in the world. The bosses don't really do much interesting, but at least they participate; you are only barred by how fast you can kill them. It has some flaws from its time, like keys that probably didn't need to exist with confirmation windows when you go to to use them, but all in all it's a great place to kick things off.
Tam-Tara, while not as good, is acceptable. Copperhell Mines though is a disaster and I feel they could make it way more fun with a few devs given like a week of time.
every fight from old expansions, they are too easy now and have been ruined.

Worse boss fight, hands down is RNG. Change my opinion.

Steps of Faith and Bismarck are usually the two Trials everyone is rolling their eyes when they pop in Roulette. They are extremly boring and longer then necessary. While SoF is just a DPS-Race against a clock without any real mechanics, you are literally just standing around in Bismarck, waiting for something to happen. On Raids, while there are some I don't like, nothing really stands out on a level like those two trials.
For Single Player, while most are just boring, I really hated "Will of the Moon" in Stormblood. This and the stupid Samurai-Jobquest-Fight on that boat (which I probably did just too early and undergeared but anyway..).
