The lochs crash

Hello,
since new update, i cannot teleport to "The Lochs" because i keep getting crash like on screenshot. Before the update i was doing MSQ there and it was just fine. Now to "temporarly fix it"(since after teleport my character is in the Lochs, i cannot log back in) i have to ask one of my friends to log on my account and teleport me from there(for him it works just fine). Tried some of the most common solutions:
changing to dx9
default settings
lowering graphics to the ground etc
updating dx11 and drivers
I dont wanna reinstall the game cuz of the slow internet connection. Only solution i have in mind is deleting the map files and 'repairing the game' but i dont know where to find that file.
