Character data incorrect on Lodestone

Yes, this is a repost because it got moved to 'working as intended' when it is not.

Character name: Sqaull Leonhardt
World/Data Center: Malboro, Crystal
Old name: Squaull Leonhart
World/Data Center: Moogle, Chaos (though it was not Chaos when I transferred back then).
Time waited for update: over a year
Most recent login: yesterday, though I will also be online tonight.
Date & Time: Ongoing for over a year
Frequency: Constant
World name: Malboro
Character name: Sqaull Leonhardt
Retainer name: None
NPC name: None
Monster name: None
Class/Level: N/A
Party or solo: N/a
In-game time: N/a
Area and coordinates: n/a
Housing: n/a
Steps:
1. Character was transferred from [Moogle] to [Brynhildr] over a year ago. Name was changed as well.
2. Character data did not update at the time and was left idle.
3. I began playing the character again sometime late last year.
4. I transferred the character to Malboro in January 2020.
5. As of making the bug report, data is still incorrect.

Greetings! I have been referred here from the support desk. I have also submitted a direct bug report, but as this is something ongoing and tangible to myself I am also submitting it here.

Months before Shadowbringers I transferred my character from [Moogle] to [Brynhildr] and changed his name. The character data did not update in Lodestone and I thought nothing of it as I stopped playing the character.

Recently I began playing it again including another World Transfer in January, this time from Brynhildr to Malboro. My character data still did not update.

This was not a problem until recently where things like Skybuilder Rankings and linking my character outside of the game to show friends/discuss gear has become commonplace. Now I'm concerned the data with my levels, items and playtime is also not being updated somewhere and I may lose it at some stage. Even here when choosing my 'main character' the data is not correct.


It's neither a time related thing, or a lack of logins issue. I don't have this issue with any of my other characters-- they all update on the Lodestone within 2-3 hours maximum of logging out on them.

As you can see by my friends and linkshells, I am on Malboro and on Crystal, but all other data has not updated since that first transfer over a year ago.


I have reposted this because my issue has not been resolved.

Please note:

I have one character on Exodus, Primal named "Sqaull Leonhart"
I have another character on Malboro, Crystal named "Sqaull Leonhardt"

Completely separate. I play the same basic character on different data centers because I have different friend groups.



This is the SAME CHARACTER as the Moogle Chaos character I transferred. This image was taken by a friend last night. As you can see the data clear doesn't match, and if you look at Lazerine as an FC on Lodestone that name doesn't appear. There is something wrong with the link between lodestone and in-game character data.

See below a Crystal linkshell with a Shadowbringers-referenced name:



This character is not on Chaos or Moogle and has not been since before Shadowbringers. It is an impossibility for them to be a part of this linkshell....unless they're actually on Crystal, which they are. They're the character listed above.

You'll notice you cannot find that particular Sqaull Leonhardt on Lodestone at all, and it's because he's still the Moogle/Chaos char, it just hasn't updated.
