Main Story Roulette. I am trying to level all my classes, but gods, those cutscenes are just too long.
yeah the easy to exploit matches and all that bothered me before, like to an annoying pain in the side degree. I was assured there were punishments for that kind of behavior by others who played the feast, I didn't report or anything, I was just highly irked that people do that stuff and the developers of the pvp side of things just kind of let it happen unabashed and basically the vast majority of matches, and when i say that, I think only 1 match out of roughly 70 or so I played (might have been more might have been a few less), I would assume was not thrown or someone purposefully trying to throw the match. It might have been more matches not thrown but still, that whole system is garbage in my opinion, and the ShB changes were basically the straw that broke this lala's back in terms of patience and willingness to participate in pvp. The whole thing in my opinion is a complete lost cause, and needs to be reworked utterly if I ever am to be interested in it, but my opinion doesn't matter, and I'm just another voice of the still subscribing base and that is what matters to the dev team.1) FEAST. Not because I don't like competition or anything like that, but it's more punishment than reward. On top of that, the rankings are laughably exploitable. On top of that, we rarely hear anything from the devs about it. It's just a festering pit of vipers and hot garbage. I literally only do it to work on improving my PVP skills because I *do* like Frontline, the Naadam and Shatter specifically. I also hoard collars like a crazy cat lady.
2) Pagos gave me repetitive stress injuries. >_> I liked how Eureka eventually turned out though with the different skills that you could earn.
3) Leveling up my TRUSTS. I hate doing this. I hate, hate, hate it. I didn't know when I finished SHB that they'd start back over at 70. I never want to run Holminster again.
I'm not so bothered by pvp that I'll quit playing the game, I'm just so disgusted and sick of it I'll never bother with pvp again. Ever. It's trash. A lot of the active pvper's I've heard from or seen talk about pvp believe it is trash but they keep doing it.. I think it's because they love pvp in general. I've pvp'ed in a few games and actually enjoyed it but it has never been my "sole" reason to play a game. Log in, chat with friends and see what's what, and go wreck people all night cause that was what we wanted to do. Sometimes i get that itch, but then I remember XIV pvp.. no thanks. Yuck. But then I think oh house deco.. and I'm good.
Overally tho, i enjoy this game, tremendously. The pvp tho, good grief man.
This whole concept eludes me.
If I don't like doing something, I don't.
"But I might miss out on something".
Nope.. don't care..

Whaaaaat? Main Story Roulette is the best time to do all those things you've been putting off for years... like studying a second language, learning to play the violin, raising a child...![]()
