Assuming they're opting for cohesion, it'll probably take place after the 1-50 MSQ and before the patch content.

I hope they stagger it in-between the other MSQ's, but I only say that cos it's pretty fun reading the dialogue referencing recent story events if you do them in order of patch release. (At least, I think the dialogue changes depending on where you are in the MSQ anyway...)
